GREAT DEAL ON NIVEA BODY WASH STARTING SUNDAY

Beginning Sunday, you can get a great deal on Nivea Body Wash at Rite Aid. The body wash will be priced at $3.50 each and you get 300 Plenti Points when you buy 2. Here is the deal:

Buy 2 @ $3.50 = $7
Use -$3/2 Nivea regular or Men body wash, 8.4-25.4 oz, (SS 8/16)
Pay $4 plus tax
Receive 300 Plenti Points (equivalent to $3)
Final cost $1 or .50 each

I love this kind of deal. I get super cheap toiletries and then I use the points for free gas. I recently got $35 worth of gas using points that I had earned at Rite Aid. Or you can choose to spend your points at Rite Aid or another participating retailer.

If you are not familiar with the Plenti Points program, click HERE to read all about it. Then hurry to Rite Aid to get your card.

HOW TO MAKE IBOTTA EASIER

I have received notifications that several of my Facebook friends have recently joined Ibotta. This is great. I have been a member for a very long time, so I decided to do a quick post, to, hopefully, encourage more of you to do so, and make it just a little easier for those who use it.

First of all, Ibotta is a cash-back app that gives you money back for certain purchases that you make. Go HERE to join and read all about it. It's really quite simple. New offers are loaded each week. You perform small tasks, such as watching a short video or answering a question, and unlock the award. Once you've purchased the item, you submit your receipt through your smart phone and the rebate is awarded to you. After you reach $5, you can cash out and have the money deposited to your Paypal account. Or you can exchange it for gift cards. Personally, I prefer the cash in my account.

Now, even though I have been a member for a long time, I have not used it very much. Why? Well, because my receipts were so long that it was a pain in the neck to submit them. So, of course, I would put it off until it was just too late.

I finally figured out the solution to that. This is what I do now. I always have a shopping list when I go grocery shopping. I mark the Ibotta items on my list and pay for them separately. This way, I only have a short receipt, which takes just one picture, therefore making it easier to submit and easier for the Ibotta folks to read. I used this method this week, and earned my $1.20 rebates within a few minutes. In the future, I will earn much more with Ibotta using this method. And you can, too. Just click HERE to join.

FRESH, BONELESS, SKINLESS, CHICKEN BREASTS FOR $1.69 PER POUND

Have you met Zaycon Fresh? Zaycon is a supplier of high-quality fresh meats who comes to your town, or a town near you, every couple of months. They deliver meats straight from the suppliers to those of us who have pre-ordered through their website. The only catch is that you have to buy in bulk. So grab a friend or two, head over HERE to register, and start shopping. Right now they are taking orders for their 40-pound boxes of chicken breasts, which will be delivered at the end of this month. Coming in June will be:

Hickory-Smoked Medium-Sliced Bacon For $3.49 per pound
    (must buy 36 pounds)
Smoked Sausage Links for $2.79 per pound
    (must buy 20 pounds)
Fresh Ground Beef Patties 80/20 for $3.90 per pound
   (must buy 16 pounds)

Any of these items can be ordered now. But this isn't all that they sell. They offer various meats throughout the year, so you can decide when to stock up.

Personally, I can't wait to get my delivery of chicken breasts. It's so much better than having to watch for a decent sale.

BI-LO BARGAINS SAVED 67%

This week turned into a big week to buy cheese. Not only did I buy string cheese at Publix, I bought shredded cheese and salsa con queso at Bi-Lo. It always makes me happy to stock up on cheese because it goes fast in my house.Of course, I did the Breakfast deal. I purchased 4 boxes of cereal for $10 and got a gallon of milk free. I then used a Publix coupon to get $2 off of orange juice, which, when paired with a manufacturer's coupon, made the juice free, too. So, after coupons I spent just $6 for 4 boxes of cereal, a gallon of milk, and a 59 oz bottle of Trop50 OJ. I also picked up a gallon of store brand juice for just $1.99 after sale and store coupon. I assume it had a coupon on it because the expiration date was just 5 days away.

The total value of my trip was $89.15.

The total that I spent was $29.11.

I saved $60.04 or 67%.

Bi-Lo is still offering the great breakfast deal, so you can still get a free gallon of milk with the purchase off 4 cereals. Unfortunately, the Publix coupon is expired, so you won't be able to get the juice for free.

SAVED 79% AT INGLES

I don't usually buy much at Ingles, and this week was no exception. But I wanted to take advantage of a couple of really great deals. I made a quick stop to pick up the Clorox and Toaster Strudels.

The total value of what I bought was $17.72
I paid $3.72.
I saved $14.00 or 79%

Also, Savingstar has already credited me $5.96 toward the their $5/$25 purchase promotion. The really great thing about this is that I was credited for the full price, not the sale price.

GREAT WEEK AT PUBLIX

I had a really good trip to Publix this week,  stocking up on several favorites. I did buy a couple of things without coupons, but the overage on the flatbread made up for that. This was also my first time using Publix Digital coupons. I have always had paper coupons for what I was buying, but this week I wanted to buy the string cheese and the only coupon available was the digital one. It was really very easy.

The total value of what I bought was $101.20 and I paid $31.58. That's a savings of $69.82 or 69%

PUBLIX NOW ACCEPTING SavingStar

Publix just made me very happy. They are now participating in the Savingstar program. For those of you who do not know what Savingstar is, it is a coupon company that gives you money back when you purchase certain items. It is very easy to enroll and participate. Just go to Savingstar.com, sign up for a free account, and then list the numbers from each of your store loyalty cards. For Publix, you will have to get a Upromise card, since they don't have a loyalty card. Simply ask for one at Customer Service.

Once you are signed up, you simply choose the offers that you are interested in. When you buy that product at a store using a card that you have registered on Savingstar, the discount will be credited to your online account. Once you reach $5, you can request a payout via Paypal or to your bank account. However, it can take up to 30 days to receive your credit.

RARE COMBOS COUPON

Coupons.com has a new and rare coupon this morning for Combos Snacks. These are one of my favorite snacks when I need "just a little something before dinner." Go HERE to print your coupon for $1/2. I think that the current Publix price is 2/$3, so this would be a really good deal.

SAVED 90 % AT CVS

I had another great CVS trip this week. I was excited about the Pantene deal because I recently discovered that I am out of hair spray and that is a definite no-no, especially in March and April! And let's not forget the M&M's! Anyone who knows me well, knows that my weakness is M&M peanuts, only these days I alternate them with the peanut butter ones.so, anyway, this is what I bought.

2 L'Oreal Advanced Hair Care @ 8.50
Used $4/2  printable or RP 2/15
6 Pantene Products @ $20
   Used (2) $5/3  P&G 3/01
2 Dry Idea Deodorant @ $6
   Used (2) $2/1  RP 3/01
4 M&M's @ $12 (2 different deals)
Used (2) $1/2 printable CVS coupon (no longer available)
1 Reese's Easter Egg

I had to do 2 separate transactions because CVS does not allow 2 identical store coupons in the same transaction.

Total retail value was $73.26
ECBs used was $24.60 (including $5 Beauty club ECB that I received that day)
Cash paid was $2.77
ECBs received $14.87
Total spent was $7.50.

I do not include the beauty club ECB in money spent because it is one of those "little extras" that CVS gives me for being a loyal customer. And after these purchases, I'm well on my way to receiving another one. I received a 20% off coupon in my email this week.

GREAT DEAL ON LOREAL ADVANCED HAIR CARE

CVS currently has a really great deal on L'Oreal Advanced Hair Care products. The 12.6 ounce bottles are prices at 2/$8.50, and with the purchase of 2, you will receive a $4 ECB. Use the coupon for $4/2 that was in the RP 2/15 to bring the price down to just .50 plus tax for both bottles. That's an awesome price for a quality product. This deal ends on 3/07.

FREE TRANSFORMERS MOVIE DOWNLOAD

Right now you can get the Transformers movie for free on Google Play. The regular price of this is $17.99, so this is quite a deal. I don't know how long this deal will last, so you'd better grab it now.

ESPN & RACHEL RAY MAGAZINES, AND MORE, JUST $4.99

Discount Mags is offering a great deal on several magazine subscriptions right now. Below is a list and the links to subscribe. Click on the magazine name to order up to 3 or 4 years at the discount price, and you are not signed up to auto-renew.

Everyday With Rachel Ray 10 issues for $4.99
Rolling Stone 26 issues for $4.99
Playboy 12 issues for $6.99
OK 52 issues for $14.99
Saveur 9 issues for $4.99

These deals don't usually last long, so order yours today.

NEW CVS COUPONS

I was on cvs.com and noticed some great new store coupons. Go HERE to print these coupons:

$1/2 M&M's 9 oz or larger.
$1/2 participating Dove, Simple, or Vaseline Skin Products
$1 off one Huggies Product
$1 off one Pull-Ups
$2 off $10 in Poise Products

Remember, these are store coupons and can be used in addition to manufacturer's coupons.

The M&M's coupon will pair nicely with the one that was in this past Sunday's Red Plum to make this deal at CVS this week.

$2 ECBs wyb 2 M&M's candy 9.9-12.6 oz bags at $3.

2 M&M's @ $3 = $6
-$1/2 Mars M&M, Snickers, Twix, 3 Musketeers, Milky Way, Dove Chocolate, Unwrapped Bites, 6 oz +, RP 3/01
-1/2 M&M's CVS coupon

You pay $4 & receive $2 ECBs
That makes them $1 per bag.
