My latest CVS trip was a moneymaker for me. I spent a total of 2.77 out-of pocket and 15.98 in ECBs and received 25.00 in ECBs back. This means a profit of 6.25, in addition to bringing home all these goodies.

Murphy USA has a great new coupon available. Just go HERE and sign up for their e-offers to print yours for "Buy one, get one free 20 oz Coke". This is a good deal for those folks who prefer the single serving size. The coupon expires on February 28, 2010.

I just thought I'd give you a heads up in case you didn't know: CVS has Digiorno Pizzas Buy One, Get 2nd one for 1¢. When I bought mine they were 6.99 for the first one. Also there is a $1 off 2 coupon in the "Game Day Greats" booklet. This would give you 2 Digiorno Pizzas for just $6.

I also received a catalina for $3 off my next beef or chicken purchase. This was for buying the Old El Paso Rice Dishes, which would make their final cost 6/1.50. That is why I bought so many of them.

Go HERE and answer one question to request your free sample. Do NOT say that you use Excedrin! You will receive a coupon in the mail for a free product.
Update: I received my coupon on 2/23, one week after I requested it. It is for a free full-size product with a maximum value of 5.99. Not bad for a sample!

Wow! This one has good timing. I just received my $15 check from Olay a few days ago. It was a rebate for buying 2 Olay cleansers. I bought 2 @ CVS for 6.99 each and used 2 $3off coupons, making them 3.99 each, submitted the rebate, and received $15 back. I made about $7, less tax. This rebate is just as good. Purchase any 3 Olay facial moisturizers, facial treatments, or facial cleansers, hand & body lotions, body washes, or 6+ bar soap packs, then go HERE to download the rebate form and follow the instructions. I know that Rite Aid has Olay body products for $6 each this week. There are also $1 off coupons in the 1/17 P&G insert and the 2/14 RP insert, which would make this an even better deal. Dollar General has an 8 oz bottle of Olay Botanical Fusion Body Wash for just 2.50. I stopped in and bought 2 of them, used 2 $1/1 Q's, and paid just $3 plus tax. I plan to submit this receipt. along with my Walgreen's receipt where I got the free Body wash when I purchased a Venus Razor, for the $15 rebate. That will make this around a $9 moneymaker, after tax and stamp. Great Deal!

I love to shop Rite Aid because I can usually find a way to get most of it free. This time was no different, even though they were out of the Dove Men's Body Wash (of course they were!). I got a raincheck and I am still holding my raincheck for Lance Crackers. The manager told me that he would make sure he ordered me some. They did have the Benevia that I have been wanting to try. I have checked for several weeks and they were always out. I bought
1 4pk Benevia @ 8.99
- $5 Mfg
- $2 Store Q
2 Dove Candy Bags @ 3.00 ea
- $1 Store Q x 2
2 Reveal Light Bulbs 4pk
- $1 Mfg Q x 2
- 40¢ Store Q x 2
1 Gillette Shave Gel @ 2.99
- $1 Mfg Q
1 Stayfree @ 1.99
- $1 Mfg Q
1 Candy Bar @ 50¢ (was 3¢ short of $25 so needed this)
Used $5 off $25 purchase
Total was 6.67 plus tax
Will receive $4 in Single Check Rebates making my total just
2.67 plus tax!
I spent a little more than usual at Walgreen's yesterday, but I bought some high-priced items. I did 3 separate transactions and the cashiers were super-nice. I had no problems with my coupons at all and was able to roll my RR's to have the least out-of-pocket as possible. Unfortunately, my RR that I already had was expired so I was unable to use it. If that had not been the case, my oop would have been $3 less.
1 Gillette Fusion Razor @ 8.99
- $4 Mfg Q =
4.99 plus tax
Got $4 RR
2 Kotex @ 3.00
1 Candy Bar @ 69¢
- $1 Mfg Q x 2
- $4 RR from trans. #1
69¢ plus tax
Got $3 RR
1 Venus Razor @ 8.99
1 Olay Body Wash @ 8.79
3 Candy Bars @ 3/$2
- $2 Mfg. Q
- $8.79 Mfg.
- $3 RR from trans. #2=
5.99 plus tax
Got $5 RR for next time.
I spent $11.69 plus $2.30 tax
Still have $5 RR making total spent $6.69 plus tax
And the Olay will be submitted for their new rebate (Buy 3, get $15)
This is quite a coincidence. I got my last Olay rebate in the mail yesterday!
I stopped in to Publix while I was in Columbia yesterday and had a pretty good shopping experience. They are always very nice. I did have one coupon that would not scan but my cashier more than made up for that, whether intentionally or not. I bought
3 Banquet Chicken Bags
2 3lb bags Goodlife Cat Food
2 Lance Crackers 8pks
2 Bob Evans Hash Browns
1 Ziploc Freezer Bags
1 Healthy Choice Mixers
1 Loaf Bread
2 Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste & Glaze
1 Publix Reusable Bag
Total Spent 12.65
Total Saved 37.19
I'd say I had a good trip!

As most of you know, I have been doing very little shopping the last few weeks. My kitchen is so well stocked that I have only been buying the super specials or total necessities. Last week I spent a total of 33¢ in Bi-Lo for 2 Shedd Spread Country Crocks and 1 Southern Home Drink. This week I spent 10.63 for 51.98 worth of groceries. I bought:
6 Dole Fruit Jars (39¢ ea.)
3 Tuna Pouches (3/1.00)
4 French's Mustard (39¢ ea.)
4 Kraft Cheese (1.16 ea.)
3 Hormel Chili w/beans (free)
1 SH Instant Pudding (free)
2 Bounty Basic Paper Towels (16¢ ea.)
1 loaf BiLo Bread (1.19)

I stopped into CVS to take advantage of their super deal on the Dove Men's Care products. With 2 cards, I was able to purchase 4 of them and then get it all back plus 4.75 which I had in coupons. Colgate was 2.99 and I had 2.00 in coupons (CVS Q & Mfg. Q.) Bought 2 boxes of Absolutely Devine Cookies on clearance because I needed to get my total up to $15 (had $3 off coupon from email) and had $1 off CVS Q's for them from Kiosk. The shelf price was marked down to 2.62 but they rang up 1.75. And to make this even better, they generated a $1 ECB! Total Spent was $1.28. Used $18 ECBs and got back $26.96. This means that I made a profit of 7.68 and have all these goodies.

Go HERE to play the Kikkoman Instant Win Game. It will ask you to enter your PIN number. If you do not have one, and you probably do not, then enter your info and they will instantly email you one. Prizes include a basting brush, a spoon rest, tongs, a cookbook, or coupons. I played several times and ended up with three different coupons, each of which I printed twice. I buy this sauce regularly and it is seldom on sale, so I especially like the Buy One, Get One Free coupon.

This may be a repeat from an earlier post, because when I tried to request my sample, it told me that I had already done so. Usually when I request a sample, I post it here so that you can, too. If you haven't already, go HERE to request your free sample and coupon for Carefree Ultra PantiLiners.
