GREAT COUPON PRINTER ON SALE

Did you know that coupons do not need to be printed in color? They may be prettier, but they are worth no more than those printed with black ink. If you are using an injet printer and print a lot of coupons, you are likely spending way too much on ink. I highly recommend switching to a good quality laser printer. Staples currently has a very good one on sale. It is the same printer that I have used for several years, and I have been totally satisfied with it. The toner cartridge that is in it right now has been there for 9 months, but it does need to be changed. I do not purchase the expensive manufacturer's replacement cartridges. I buy from Amazon or other websites such as Meritline. I just wish that I could remember where I bought the cartridge that is in it now.

 Here is the Staples deal.

Brother HL-L2320D  Laser printer, $69.99

Brother HL-2360DW Wireless Laser Printer, $89.99

This sale ends on Saturday, September 5.

I started with the HL-2240 about 5 years ago and then upgraded to a wireless version later.

DEALS AT SOME PIGGLY WIGGLYS

There are seldom posts done for Piggly Wiggly stores. The main reason for this is that ads differ between regions, and even between stores in the same town. All stores are not owned and controlled by their corporate office, so there can be a lot of differences. My local ad covers stores in these towns in South Carolina:

Hollywood                  Wagner
St. George                  Hampton
Ware Shoals               Lexington
Whitmire                    Ridgeland
Port Royal                  Holly Hill

My local store doubles coupons up to .99.

-.55/1  Post Product  SS 8/16
makes it .90 if coupon doubles

GREAT DEAL ON RACHEL RAY

I was in Kmart yesterday and spotted this awesome set of Rachel Ray cookware on clearance for just $70. That's half off the regular retail of $139.99. I don't know if this is company-wide, or just this store, but if you're in need of quality cookware, it wouldn't hurt to check your local store. I did not find this deal online.

This is the type of set I like, where all of the pieces are actual cookware, and not utensils masquerading as cookware. You actually get 6 pieces and 4 lids. It makes me wish I needed cookware right now.

GREAT DEAL ON NIVEA BODY WASH STARTING SUNDAY

Beginning Sunday, you can get a great deal on Nivea Body Wash at Rite Aid. The body wash will be priced at $3.50 each and you get 300 Plenti Points when you buy 2. Here is the deal:

HOW TO MAKE IBOTTA EASIER

I have received notifications that several of my Facebook friends have recently joined Ibotta. This is great. I have been a member for a very long time, so I decided to do a quick post, to, hopefully, encourage more of you to do so, and make it just a little easier for those who use it.

First of all, Ibotta is a cash-back app that gives you money back for certain purchases that you make. Go HERE to join and read all about it. It's really quite simple. New offers are loaded each week. You perform small tasks, such as watching a short video or answering a question, and unlock the award. Once you've purchased the item, you submit your receipt through your smart phone and the rebate is awarded to you. After you reach $5, you can cash out and have the money deposited to your Paypal account. Or you can exchange it for gift cards. Personally, I prefer the cash in my account.

Now, even though I have been a member for a long time, I have not used it very much. Why? Well, because my receipts were so long that it was a pain in the neck to submit them. So, of course, I would put it off until it was just too late.

I finally figured out the solution to that. This is what I do now. I always have a shopping list when I go grocery shopping. I mark the Ibotta items on my list and pay for them separately. This way, I only have a short receipt, which takes just one picture, therefore making it easier to submit and easier for the Ibotta folks to read. I used this method this week, and earned my $1.20 rebates within a few minutes. In the future, I will earn much more with Ibotta using this method. And you can, too. Just click HERE to join.
