If you shop CVS, you definitely need to purchase one of their new "Bag Tags" for 99¢. Then hang it on whatever reusable bag you choose to carry. Each time you are in, have the cashier scan the tag. Every 4th time it is scanned, you will receive $1 ECB. That is a $1 coupon to spend on your next purchase. The only limit is that your tag can only be scanned once per day. My cashier even scanned my tag during the transaction in which I bought it. And you do have to have an ExtraCare card. If you don't have one yet, sign up for one in your store or go HERE to sign up for one online.
